It was a little bent on arriving but you're supposed to kind of bend it out anyway before you hang it so I wasn't going to make a big huge deal out of it. The material is soft enough to just bend with your fingers back into place. Other than that it's got a fantastic finish and picture on it and the store owner is really nice and shipped it quickly. Fastest Etsy purchase I've ever made as far as the time between purchase and getting it

Very pleased overall. Although it's smaller than I'd imagined, it was a perfect gift for my husband. He's not sure how long it would last outside by the berry bushes to scare away the sparrows, but it's pretty and hanging in our kitchen instead. I had a few questions beforehand, and the seller was very responsive.
